Mekran division consists of three districts i.e. Kech, Panjgur, and Gwader, and Mekran division is the second-biggest division of Balochistan in terms of the population; in addition, Mekran is the hub of intellectuals and people of Mekran are fabled for hospitability but it hurts me to mention that Mekran division lacks Federal Public Service Commission and Balochistan Public Service Commission center owing to which the aspirants are badly suffering.
Moreover, for every post announced via BPSC and FPSC thousands of aspirants submit applications and face numerous hurdles to approach Quetta for the commission exam which is approximately 900 to 1000 km and it takes 12 to 15 hours to reach Quetta.
The aspirants have to do accommodation in hotels that is a big burden for the aspirants because hotels are expensive.
Additionally, there is only one BPSC and FPSC center in Balochistan which is in the Capital city Quetta. The male and female students are facing problems and the destitute aspirant cannot afford to appear in competitive exams which is injustice with the impecunious students of Mekran.
I request to the CM Balochistan, Chief Secretary Balochistan, and Concerned authorities to take some pragmatic and dire action to establish BPSC and FPSC centers so as to facilitate the students of Mekran.
