A deputy commissioner's responsibility is to maintain the orders of law in a district as he is the executive head of the district with multifarious responsibilities relating to development, councils, local bodies, civil administration, etc. Nevertheless, The deputy commissioner(DC) of Kech district is naive and puzzled to control the insurmountable hindrance within the district. Moreover, in Kech district frontier crops (FC) has started blocking numerous streets on no account so far FC has blocked variant ways to bazaar. No doubts, citizens were already in hurdles owing to jammed traffic now FC has added fuel to the fire by blocking the side roads through its high power in entire district. However, the DC is so far shut up and calmed down as if it is out of his jurisdiction. By the way, he is the same DC who was suspended for two months just bowing in front of FC regarding Hoshab incident. Anyway, It is DC's responsibility to reopen the blocked side roads through his illegal power and counteract the violence against FC force. Otherwise, It becomes compulsive for the residents to make the city in turmoil and protest against illegitimate rules of FC afterwards whatever occurs to the innocent citizens, then DC will be liable. Secondly, It is completely out of my beyond that in the democratic country a minor force like FC can't be limited and controlled by laws. Furthermore, which constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan allows the forces to implement their own rules in a district where district administration is already taking charge? none of the constitutions! wretchedly, in Balochistan FC force behaves savagely to citizens as if martial law is imposed. Lastly, blocking the side roads in district Kech is a serious issue DC and the higher authorities are humbly requested to solve this matter as soon as possible.
