Dashti Bazar Main Broken Road Needs Attention

Dashti Bazar is a small town of Turbat City which is adjacent to Turbat city and the main road of Dashti bazar that connects other areas .i.e. Chahsar, Gushtang, Koshkalat, Shahitump, Satellite, Koshk, Malikabad, and other numerous areas to Turbat city is terribly broken owing to the flow of sewerage line on the road.

Moreover, the aforementioned road is broken for manifold months and the district administration, B&R employees, Municipal Corporation's employees utilize the same road daily but nobody dares to take initiative. Furthermore, it is the main road that numerous people go to Bazar on this road & also it's a small road but nowadays it's broken. The aforementioned road got blacktopped by the former Chief Minister Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch regime. Additionally, pedestrian students while going to schools and other people while going to mosque face lots of hardships due to the sewage or drainage which is flowing on the road. It really staggers me to mention here that multifarious people met accidents and they got badly injured and some lost their precious lives because the road is in deplorable condition owing to sheer negligence of the district administration. Most importantly, the road is the source of communication but the people of the area and other passer-by are terribly suffering because of the broken road. Despite this, the people of the area approached the Municipal Corporation and B&R department for leveling of the road but they did not pay any heed and shunned them. Under the circumstances, the people are facing a sense of distress and it is the naive perception of the district administration that the people will remain silent on this mammoth burning issue. The people measure of the patient is over. Howbeit, , the people of the area intend to file a PIL (Public Interest Litigation) before the Honorable High Court for safeguarding their constitutional and legal rights if the concerned authorities don't take prompt and concrete steps to pave the road. Hence, it is requested to concerned authorities to take some pragmatic and stern action to level and blacktop the broken road in order to make people's life safe which is their constitutional right guaranteed under Article 9 of the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973.
