Kech is the divisional headquarter of Mekran Division and land of love and loyal but it hurts me to state that the teachers of government schools are not teaching profoundly because their own children are reading in private schools.
Moreover, the governmental school teachers teach one or two classes and they abscond from the school, they are seen in bazaar hotels round the clock; in addition, the District Education Officers never bother to visit the schools and they only enjoy the budget and the official vehicles are utilized in marriages.
Most importantly, the competent teachers of government schools are giving their rendering services in private schools and their bread is buttered on both sides hence the destitute students are suffering to a great extent.
Additionally, multifarious teaching posts are vacant in district Kech and manifold youths are having degrees in hand but the incumbent government is not heeding towards it.
