Balnegwar is Sub-Tehsil of Tehsil Dasht District Kech but it hurts me to mention that Balnegwar roads are in a miserable condition; in addition, the road construction was initiated in the regime of General Parvez Musharraf by the Urban & Development Department but raw materials were utilized and the road got broken in manifold places. It is necessary to mention here that manifold accidents occur on daily basis due to which numerous people loss their precious lives because the roads have broken screws at various places. Meerani Dam Cross to Pak Iran Border is approximately 80 Km as it takes 1 hour from Turbat to Kashaap but owing to herky-jerky roads it takes more than 2 hours to reach Turbat. The afore-mentioned road has not been repaired for the last 13 years owing to the non-interest and non-attention of the government.
Moreover, Tehsil Dasht is the most neglected Tehsil of District Kech where people are deprived of their fundamental rights i.e., well-equipped hospitals, well-facilitated Schools; water supply, and pave roads in addition, roads are a source of communication where people can be facilitated to approach Turbat City. In case of emergency people hardly manage to take their patients to Turbat Hospitals owing to the broken road their lives are at risk because Tehsil Dasht lacks hospital facilities and takes time to take the patient to Turbat hospital; manifold people demised on the way.
Additionally, the road connects Bandga, Meerani Dam Bazaar, Jalabani, Peeranilamb, Haranibeet, Kontedar, Ghoorapsi, Sayalo, Pithok, Sibdan, Mazanband, Bahote- chaat, Hochaat, Machaath, Taloohi, Balnegwar, Kapkapar, Kashaap, and Irani border to Turbat but the inhabitants of the area are suffering to a great extent and deprived of basic facilities as these roads have been broken for a long time. Owing to broken roads people of the area are being deprived of their fundamental rights guaranteed under the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973 i.e., right to life, etc.
Despite the people of the area met and requested the area MPA and concerned authorities to look into the matter but all in vain.
I request the Chief Minister of Balochistan to take some dire and pragmatic measures to into the matter.
