Khaddi Kabab

Khaddi Kebab is a traditional Balochi dish where minced lambs are ground in a subterranean area and set fire to the top of a metal sheet that wraps a wet space. It usually weighs about 10-12 kg which can be eaten by many people at a time. The combination of rice and meat makes this food so delicious that it is very difficult to resist.


Abgoosht

Abgoosht is a delicious meal made from lamb legumes, white beans, nuts, onions, tomatoes, salt, lemon juice, peppers, potatoes, turmeric and water. Beans and chicks are soaked overnight so that they can cook easily in less time. It is a healthy meal prepared without oil. The broth is placed in a bowl with slices of bread placed in it.


Balochi Chicken Karahi

Delicious chicken curry made with raw masala and yogurt. The ingredients you need to make this lip balm are chicken pieces, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, green cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, u onions, green chilies, coriander, mint, salt, and oil. This curry is often served with salad and roti.


Landhi

Landhi is another yummy local restaurant of the city. Landhi is basically a dry lamp meat in the summer for winter use. The meat is stored for about six months to dry completely. It has a sour taste. This unique dish is only available in Balochistan cuisine.


Pirki

It is prepared from flour and any other type of vegetable or meat. Vegetables or meat are cooked separately and placed in flour covers and then deep-fried in oil to give a final texture. The food is very tasty and enjoyed by the locals.


Balochi Murgh Leg Biryani

It is the most popular type of biryani in Balochistan. The main difference in this type of biryani is that it is prepared only with chicken leg and other ingredients including, rice, brown onions, salt, plum, red pepper, turmeric, Chinese salt, mint leaves, lemon, coriander, i -bay leaf, kewra, tomatoes, green chilies, fried cumin, ginger garlic paste, nutmeg mace, crushed pomegranate, whole red pepper and oil.


Balochi Bhindi Gosht

Bhindi gosht is also a traditional dish of the area. It is usually prepared with mutton. The ladyfinger is fried until it turns brown and the oil is burned in a pan with a mixture of ginger and spices for about five minutes after which add the meat, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and water to it. Cook for about 30 minutes, then add salt, yoghurt and a toasted lady's finger and cook until the oil comes out. It is often served with tandoori naan and mixed salad.
