Tump is the most neglected Tehsil of District Kech which is situated near pak Iran border and it has great importance because of border trade. Moreover it hurts me to state that education in Tehsil Tump is in miserable condition owing to non-attention and negligence of the past government . No doubt, education plays a pivotal role in grooming students life but it staggers me to mention that the students of Tump are deprived of getting proper education which is their constitutional right.
Furthermore, the condition of Tehsil Tump schools are very deplorable and in this modern and technological era Tump schools lack chairs , tables, chalks, toilets , water, e.t.c. which are fundamental facilities of any schools. Additionally, Pakistan constitution 1973 Article 25 -A illustrates that Right to education ."The state shall provide free and compulsory education to all children." Most importantly, Tehsil Tump most of the schools are shelter less where students are studying under the open sky because of lack of class rooms and some schools have chairs which are insufficient and dilapidated.
On the other hand, high schools lack library, science labs and computer lab. In addition, there is lack of competent and sophisticated teachers. Most of the teachers were recruited on political basis and most of teachers don’t know what to teach.
According to a research, Tump has 18 Primary schools, 15 High schools, 30 middle schools but non of the school is well facilitated and there is lack of science teachers. Tump education has suffered a lot due to abysmal law& order. I request the concerned authorities to take pragmatic and stern action to resolve the hurdles of Tump school .
